Scholar Owls Rules, Expectations, PBIS Core Values, School Wide Discipline Plan





15/15 Rule
Students are not allowed to leave the class 15 minutes at the beginning of class and students are not allowed to leave 15 minutes before the end of class.

Behavior Rules
1. Come prepared and on time.
2. Respect the people and property around you.
3. Effort is always 100% or more!
4. Keep your area neat and clean.

Ms. Patterson's Expectations
1. Come to class prepared EVERYDAY (pencil, paper, pen, notebook, homework, positive attitude)
2. Complete all assigned work on time.
3. Always try your best, and take responsibility for your actions and learning.
4. Respect yourself, me, peers and classroom.
5. Follow school and classroom rules at all times.
6. Don't waste class time.
7. When you are absent from class, it is your responsibility to make up work, I will provide you with the work and notes you missed, but it's your job to get i done. You will have three days to make up missing work.

School-Wide Discipline Plan

Expectations:
·         Respect yourself, Respect others, & Respect your school.
·         Follow all adult directions at all times.
·         Arrive to school/class on time with all instructional materials.
·         Walk quietly on the right side of the hallways at all times.
·         Put forth your best effort and time needed to complete all class work and homework assignments on time.
·         Follow the Code of Student Conduct at all times, including while on the school bus and during all school sponsored activities and field trips.

Consequences
·         Verbal Warning
·         Time Out
·         Note Home/Phone Call Home.
·         In-school referral to Guidance Office.
·         Referral to Administrator’s Office.
·         Student assigned to lunch detention, a.m. detention , after school detention, Saturday detention.
·         Parent Shadowing
·         Student assigned to In School Suspension / Out of School Suspension.

Severe Clause
Behavior that threatens the safety of the children and faculty, fighting, disrespect, or gross insubordination must be documented on a PS74 and referred to the office for appropriate disciplinary action.
