Here are the two reading logs for the students: One is an activity reading log and the other is the Parent Sign off reading log at the end of the week.
There is an activity for them to do each night Monday thru Thurs. and then they have reading log that you (the parents) sign off on at the end of the week. Please monitor your reader each night as they read for 30 minutes.
