Create a mini picture book about the state you live in (MD). Make sure you use pictures, and write your paragraphs in your own words. The mini picture book must be 6x6, with a front cover and a back cover. The mini album must be colorful, neat, and accurate.You may use construction paper, cardstock, etc.

2. The capital of my state is _________(name and identify the capital on the map where did the name come from)
3. The Governor of the state is _______(Picture and information on the Governor)
4. The colors of the state flag are (identify the color and meaning)
5. The state's abbreviation for my state is_____
6. The state is called ( how did the state get the name and if there is a nickname)
7. A famous person from my state (who and why they are famous)
8. The state bird, state flower, and state tree (picture and a paragraph on why these were chosen)
